Welcome to Creative Lab AI Education Academy. 1. Acceptance of Terms

Parents or guardians of users under 18 are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Services and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, software, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, videos, and other content on the site are the exclusive property of Creative Lab AI Education Academy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malicious code or content; (c) interfere with system security or integrity; (d) impersonate others; (e) harvest data or automate access without consent; or (f) violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Course fees, subscription plans, and payment terms are displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which may vary by product and is incorporated herein by reference. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable after course access has been granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Lab AI Education Academy and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to our users or systems. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
